The Basque Country will host three stages, July 1, 2 and 3, before the peloton crosses the border on its way to France. 21 stages in total culminating in the classic sprint finish on the Champs-Élysées. Exactly three months later, the L'Étape Madrid by Tour de France presented by Lapierre will start. A cycling sports event that collects everything that makes the great French round special and takes it to the world of fans.

On October 1, Villanueva del Pardillo will take over from that jaune soul that will tour the country starting this weekend. A profile of 153 kilometers and 2,500 meters of altitude that will not envy any of the three Basque stages that will kick off the 2023 Tour de France. A Grande Boucle that begins in just a few hours, but will not end for another three months.
